Trending: Smart Cars Prove Too Light For Vandals Who Like to Tip Them Over

Vandals are targeting Smart cars in San Francisco.

SAN FRANCISCO – Vandals have been targeting Smart cars, flipping them over on to their rear ends or rolling them over completely, NBC Bay Area reported.

The mini-electric, lightweight cars were targeted over the weekend. Several of the cars were flipped over, sitting on their sides. Some were sitting on their headlights, rear bumpers high in the air, NBC Bay Area reported.

Brandon Michael told NBC Bay Area that he saw six or eight people wearing hooded sweatshirts flipping some of the vehicles: "They looked like they were up to no good and sure enough, they huddled around it and lifted it up."

NBC Bay Area's video report is attached to this post.
