TODAY: Giants World Series Trophy Comes to South San Francisco

On Thursday, the World Champions Trophy Tour will make a stop in the Joseph A. Fernekes Recreation Building, 782 Tennis Drive in Orange Memorial Park.

Fans will get an opportunity to view the trophy on a first-come, first-served basis. The event is free and allows the Giants, working with local city officials to thank their fans and extend the World Champions celebration throughout Giants country.

The tour is making stops throughout northern and central California, southern Oregon and western Nevada with special stops in New York and Arizona. For a complete list of locations and viewing times, go to www.sfgiants.com.
