El Camino's Rodriguez Named Best in PAL Ocean

Colts' softball star lands player of year honors; Revilla and South City's Sims picked to first team.

El Camino High’s Selina Rodriguez was named the Peninsula Athletic League Ocean Division’s player of the year on Tuesday. The senior slugger beat out several players from San Mateo, Sequoia and Woodside – teams that all finished above the Colts in the final standings.

South San Francisco sophomore Andrea Sims and El Camino senior Elaina Revilla were both selected to the All-PAL Ocean first team. And South City’s Kalia Chavez earned second-team honors.

Every year I buy more school supplies and art supplies for the teachers and they know they canRead More always count on me for more whenever needed. I'm a strong believer in encouraging children to be creative and get rid of the barriers to the freedom of self expression.

We help by asking teachers if they need anything. They'll drop hints and we'll go and purchase theRead More products. Most, if not all, parents are willing to help their children's classes if they are able to. It's really unfair for the teachers to purchase supplies out of their own pockets.
