Future Giants Hold Spring Concert At Ponderosa Elementary

Nine innings of fun!

Ponderosa Elementary in South San Francisco dedicated their entire Annual Spring Concert to our Bay Area major league baseball team just to the north, the San Francisco Giants!

Classes from kindergarten and 1st grades performed. Approximately 75 children participated. There were two performances. The students rebuilt AT & T park, the Coca Cola bottle, the giant mitt and other icons fans see when they go to a ballgame. Each song and dance was about the Giants, and the show was broken down into 9 innings. One mom who attended told us she was literally in tears!

The children will be doing an encore performance next week for Ponderosa's 5th graders who are currently at outdoor education. Janet Ingersoll is the principal at Ponderosa.
