Caps and Gowns: South City HS Seniors Graduate

South San Francisco's high schools held their graduations on Friday night.

On Friday night, the class of 2011 crossed the stage and left as high school graduates. 

El Camino High School and both held their graduations at 7 p.m. on Friday evening.

Principal Adele Berg urged students to enjoy their day and maintain the relationships they had developed in high school.

"Stay in touch, attend school reunions and make that phone call," Berg said.

El Camino Valedictorian Clarissa Yaw thanked her father for helping to get here where she is today.

"He is the smartest man I know, despite not having a piece of paper saying he has a college education," Yaw said.
