Back to School Backpack Program

To help local elementary school students start the year right, South City's Community Outreach Committee is asking for school supply donations.

This will be the fourth year that the South San Francisco Community Outreach Committee is collecting backpack and school supply donations before the next academic year begins.

The committee hopes to distribute 25 backpacks with supplies to each of South City's nine elementary schools to students who are in need.

Donations can be dropped off at Fire Station 61, 480 North Canal, South San Francisco. Donations will also be accepted at the Farmers’ Market on Saturday, August 4th and Saturday, August 11th.
