PUC to Explain Water Main Burst to City Council

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission will update the council on the water main burst on Elm Court at its Wednesday night meeting.

The South San Francisco city council will have the chance to question the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission when the utility gives a presentation on and damaged homes and cars.

The Public Utilities Commission , but stopped short of responsibility for the burst. The portion of pipeline that burst had recently been upgraded and returned to service as part of the PUC's .

The council will also hear an update on PG&E's gas pipeline repair project and vote on the final design for the restoration of the Paradise Valley pocket park.
