Mullin, Garbarino Win City Council Race

With all precincts reporting, incumbents Kevin Mullin and Richard Garbarino have won reelection to the South San Francisco city council.

Three candidates are running two seats on the South San Francisco city council: incumbents Mayor Kevin Mullin and Vice Mayor Richard Garbarino and challenger Johnny "Midnight" Rankins.

On the table below, you'll see live vote results, updated throughout Tuesday evening. These include vote-by-mail results, expected around 8:05 p.m., which are votes the county received prior to November 1. The election day tallies are the actual votes that are cast on election day at the various county election polling locations.
