Design Review Board Meeting

Regular Design Review Board Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month. 

About Hearings
If you need assistance in your preliminary design efforts, please contact the Planning Department at (650) 877-8535. It is recommended to have pre-application meetings with staff to review your plans before copies of plans are made.

• The Board's agenda is usually mailed to the owner and applicant detailing the approximate time and location.
• It is recommended that the architect attend the meetings to describe the project and answer questions from the Design Review Board.
• After the hearing and a review by City staff, a letter will be sent describing information or corrections necessary to complete your application.
• Once you have completed the requirements, the entire project should be resubmitted for the Design Review.
