Company Recalls Nearly Two Tons Raw Chicken

South San Francisco-based Antonelli's and Sons is recalling 3,534 pounds of Trader Joe's-packaged raw stuffed chicken.

The presence of possible allergens has caused South San Francisco company Antonelli's and Sons to recall 3,534 pounds of stuffed raw chicken from the marketplace.

During a routine inspection, the USDA found the product, sold as Trader Joe's Cranberry Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast, was mislabeled and may contain milk, soy and monosodium glutamate, not indicated on the label, according to the USDA.

The product was packaged between June 1 and June 11 and distributed to Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington.
