What's The Agenda: South City Agencies This Week

This week the School Board, City Council, Library Board, and Parks & Recreation Commission will each hold meetings. Here is a roundup of what to expect.

It's a busy week for public officials in South San Francisco. The School Board, City Council, Library Board, and Parks & Recreation Commission will each meet to discuss issues relevant to South San Franciscans.

Here's a one-stop shop, where you can take a look at what's on the agenda.

The City Council agenda is here, and, among other items, includes a presentation on the PG&E Gas line 132 Replacement Project, a recommendation to award a construction contract for the Magnolia Senior Center Elevator Refurbishing Project, and a clossed session conference with several labor union representatives.

The meeting will be held at 33 Arroya Drive at the Municipal Services Building Community Room on Wdnesday at 7:00 p.m.

The Library Board agenda appears above. Among other items, the agenda includes motions to amend the library's patron conduct policy, the internet and computer use policy, the bulletin board and free literature policy, and the suspension of library privilege policy.

The meeting will be held at the Main Library Auditorium on Tuesday at 6 p.m.

The School Board agenda appears above. Among many other items, the agenda includes a staff report on the California Department of Education's delay in reporting some Academic Performance Index scores this year, a recommendation to excuse Trustee Shirlee Hoch from meeting attendence through December, an update on Measure J Bond projects, appearences from candidates for the position of personnel commissioner, Board of Trustees representative. 

The meeting will be held at 840 West Orange Ave. at the Main Library Auditorium on Thursday at 6 p.m., but will be in a closed session until 7 p.m.

The Parks & Recreation Commission will have its regular meeting at the Municipal Services Building Community Room on Thursday at 7 p.m. The agenda was not available at the time of this article, but previous agendas are available here. Check back later for more information.
