BART Expands Richmond-Millbrae Service
BART will soon increase evening weekday service to and from Millbrae.
Beginning this September, weekday service on the Richmond-Millbrae Line will expand. BART plans on adding four trips in each direction on the red line for improved service during the evening commute.
The four trips amount to an extra hour of service in both the Richmond and Millbrae directions. The change begins September 10.
According to www.bart.gov, the increased service will also assist passengers who take other lines by adding to the number of trains serving San Francisco.
The change will also help create a gradual transition from a five-route to three-route evening service.
