Friday, Oct. 1

5:02 pm  A white Ford Explorer reportedly hit the garage of a house on Hickory Place, then sped off toward the 101 freeway.

6:12 pm  Employees at Peet's Coffee on Grand Avenue called police after receiving a counterfeit $100 bill from a customer.

11:20 pm  On Evergreen Drive, a suspect was chased down the street after being caught peeping in a neighbor's window. She reportedly got into a silver van with another man and sped away.

12:14 am  Nurses at Kaiser Permanente on El Camino Real called police when a man in the waiting room slapped his wife, who was awaiting treatment for her anemia.

11:59 am  On Williamsburg Court, a resident reported that her neighbor was running in and out of her house, continually throwing buckets of water on the resident's lawn.

11:05 pm  While a resident on Stein Court was bringing her groceries inside her home, her red Yukon Denali was stolen from the front of the house. She had left her keys inside the vehicle.

Sunday, Oct. 3

4:08 pm  A man claiming to be a Comcast worker reportedly shoved his way into a residence on Campo Drive after initially trying to gain entry into the yard. After entering the home, the man then apparently became verbally abusive to the resident.

5:47 pm  A passerby near the intersection of Westborough Boulevard and Gellert Boulevard spotted a woman chasing a man down the block, who he believed stole her cell phone.

6:49 pm  Officers on Olive Avenue initiated activity when an eight-year-old boy threw a rock at their patrol car and took off behind a building.
