Police Blotter: Stolen Vehicles, Pitbull Off Leash

A roundup of recent crime in South San Francisco.

Sept 2

6:30 a.m.     Malicious Mischief

On Commercial Av, a broken vehicle window was reported on a black Toyota Corolla.

1:02 p.m.     SPCA Case

At Downtown Liquor on Grand Av., someone reported that a pitbull got off leash and attacked a cat; the owner got it back on the leash and they are now walking in alley behind Starbuck.

1:57 p.m.     Dist Family

On Second Ln, a 13-yr-old reported that his mom pulled his hair and hit him in the stomach.

Sept 1

1:05 a.m.     Alarm

At Moms Tofu on Grand Av, police noticed an audible burglary taking place from the rear door.

12:43 p.m.     Traffic Law Vehicle

At Dolores Wy and Crestwood Dr, a subject in a red Firebird was reported doing donuts in the middle of the street.

6:52 p.m.     Vehicle Stolen

On Grand Av, a dirt bike was reported taken from a gated garage.

August 31

7:26 a.m.     Vehicle Stolen

Occurred on Arden Av, a 1998 white Honda Civic 4D was reported stolen, last seen Aug. 30.

8:42 a.m.     Acc No Injury

On Crestwood Dr, someone reported that their Toyota was hit by another Toyota.

9:02 a.m.     Vehicle Stolen

On Cypress Av, someone reported that a 1996 black Honda Accord 4D was stolen, last seen Aug. 30.

10:30 a.m.    Burglary

On Georgetown Ct, someone reported that to bikes were taken from a locked back yard overnight.
