Teen Arrested For Gun in South City School
The public school and the student's name are undisclosed.
A 14-year-old student in possession of a handgun and ammunition in a South San Francisco public school was detained Tuesday, according to police.
South San Francisco police were called to the undisclosed school at 12:53 p.m. on report of an eighth grader with a gun in a classroom, police said.
Police responded and detained the juvenile, who had a firearm and ammunition on his person, police said.

The juvenile suspect was arrested and booked into San Mateo County's juvenile hall, according to police.
