SSF Man Suspected of Raping 70-Year-Old Girlfriend
Police say the assault occurred earlier this week in South City.
A South San Francisco man was arrested on suspicion of rape after his girlfriend told police he sexually assaulted her at knifepoint, police said today.
The victim, a 70-year-old woman living at a senior housing complex in South San Francisco, told police she was assaulted by her boyfriend, David Walton, in her home on the evening of Sept. 4, according to police.
The woman suffered minor abrasions to her face and body, and was treated at a hospital and released.

Police located and arrested Walton, 58, on Thursday. He was booked into San Mateo County Jail on suspicion of rape, assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment and terrorist threats.
