South San Francisco Police Investigating Shooting Into Car, Home

South San Francisco police are investigating a shooting into a car and home early Wednesday morning.

No one was injured in the shooting, which was reported at about 4:45 a.m. in the 700 block of Almond Avenue, police said.

Several shots were fired into the unoccupied vehicle and some of the bullets went through the car and struck an occupied residence, according to police.

The suspect vehicle was described as a light-colored sedan. No arrests had been made and no other suspect information was immediately available Wednesday morning, police said.
