South City Police Searching For Men Who Entered Unlocked Home, Stabbed Resident

On Saturday, two unknown suspects entered an unlocked home on the 500 block of Joaquin Drive.

Police are still searching for two men who entered a South San Francisco home Saturday, stabbing one of the residents with a knife. 

On Saturday at approximately 11:40 p.m., two unknown suspects entered an unlocked home on the 500 block of Joaquin Drive, according to South San Francisco Police Sgt. Bruce McPhillips.

One of the suspects stabbed one of the residents with a knife as they entered the residence. The victim sustained a minor injury to his stomach but did not require further medical attention.

Both suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction and by unknown means. They were described as heavy men wearing white masks, black hooded sweatshirts, blue gloves and blue jeans.

South San Francisco Police are encouraging anyone with information about the suspects to call the Police Department at (650) 877-8900 or the anonymous tip line at (650) 952-2244.
