Teddy bears, balloons and signs began to populate the corner of the gas station where an officer-involved shooting left a South San Francisco 15-year-old dead.
A makeshift memorial started to form this morning at the site where a South San Francisco 15-year-old in the course of a pedestrian stop. Teddy bears, balloons and signs were left by mourners.
Signs left at the site read:
"Stop Police Violence!!!"
