More Jail Time in Underage Prostitution Case

Jullaney Heleen Donaldson, 20, was sentenced to additional time in county jail after violating probation in a prostitution solicitation case, the district attorney said.

A woman previously convicted of procuring women for prostitution will spend more time in jail due to failure to appear to serve her sentence.

South San Francisco police officers arrested Jullaney Heleen Donaldson, 20, in a motel room in Oct. 2010 after responding to an advertisement for sexual services on MyRedbook.com, a hookup website, said District Attorney Stephen M. Wagstaffe.

The officers set up a date and agreed to pay $250, Wagstaffe said. When they arrived at the motel, they found Donaldson with two underage girls and a male.

The girls, whose photos were in the ads, said Donaldson had solicited them for prostitution, according to Wagstaffe.

Donaldson, a resident of Modesto, pleaded no contest to procuring women for prostitution, a felony, last February.

She was sentenced to three years of probation with 60 days in county jail. But Donaldson failed to surrender for her jail sentence, thus violating her probation, Wagstaffe said.

On Wednesday, the court reinstated Donaldson's probation and added 60 days of jail time, Wagstaffe said.
