Man Charged With Pulling Gun on Repo Man to Stand Trial
Kevin Gene McGinnis, 51, pointed a gun and threatened to kill a man sent to his home to repossess his Harley Davidson, prosecutors say. McGinnis is free on bail.
A South San Francisco man who prosecutors say pulled a gun on a repo man earlier this year will stand trial next month.
Kevin Gene McGinnis, 51, is charged with multiple felonies for allegedly pointing a gun at the head of a man who was sent to his South San Francisco home to repossess his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Prosecutors say McGinnis threatened to shoot the repo man if he didn’t leave.

McGinnis’ July 23 trial date was confirmed on Tuesday at a pretrial conference in the chambers of Acting Criminal Presiding Judge John Grandsaert.
McGiniss is free on $50,000 bail.
