Hit and Run at Grand Avenue Sunday

Did you witness a pedestrian get struck by a car on Grand this past weekend?

According to the South San Francisco police department, at just after 6:00 a.m., a South City woman was injured when a car struck her at the intersection of Grand and Linden Aves.

The driver fled the scene and was reportedly a small, compact car. The vehicle was last seen leaving the seen, heading westbound on Baden Ave.

The pedestrian was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
