5:07am Employees at Kaiser on El Camino Real called police when a patient who had been discharged refused to leave.

7:17am On Grand Avenue at Airport Boulevard, a traffic signal that was stuck on red caused a traffic backup.
Wednesday, March 16
2:25pm At the Brentwood Service Station on El Camino Real, the driver of a green Mazda MX6 reportedly took off without paying for gas.
4:49pm Police received a report that a man in a yellow shirt was laying on the sidewalk fondling himself near the intersection of Maple and Grand Avenues.
5:29pm A caller reported witnessing a drug deal take place in a white Honda near Baden and Maple Avenues.
5:44pm On Gellert Boulevard, a condo was reportedly burglarized sometime during the day. The caller said that jewelry and other miscellaneous items had been taken.
11:22pm Police made an arrest at Deluxe Inn on El Camino Real, where two guests were heard yelling. Reportedly, there was also a baby in the room.
