Justin Lee Arena, 26, died on 280 over the weekend.

Written by Bay City News:

A man who was killed in a fiery crash on Interstate Highway 280 in South San Francisco on Sunday has been identified by the San Mateo County coroner's office as 26-year-old Justin Lee Arena.

Arena was heading north on Highway 280 at about 3:15 a.m. when his Chevy truck veered off the roadway and crashed near Junipero Serra Boulevard, California Highway Patrol Officer Mike Ferguson said.

The truck burst into flames, and Arena did not make it out of the vehicle, Ferguson said. Arena, a South San Francisco resident, was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other vehicles appeared to have been involved.

The crash remains under investigation by the CHP.
