South City Child Molestation Perpetrator Admits Involvement to Police

The perpetrator of child molestation and statutory rape is now being held without bail.

According to the South San Francisco Police Department, between August 20 and 23, SSF police conducted an investigation into a child sex abuse case.

During the investigation, police learned that a girl under the age of 10 has been the victim of sexual molestation on 50 occasions in the last 14 months.

The investigation also revealed that the victim's 17-year-old sister has also been a victim of statutory rape by the same perpetrator, Jose Maria Perez.

Perez admitted his involvement in the sex abuse during interviews with investigators. He has been booked into San Mateo County Jail and is being held without bail. Perez also has a pending immigration hearing. He is a South San Francisco resident.

Anyone with information that may be related to this investigation is asked to contact Detective Ken Chetcuti in the Criminal Investigations Bureau at the South San Francisco Police Department at 650-877-8900.

Gee, maybe if this guy had been deported in the first place, 2 innocent girls would not have had their lives traumatized. In the meantime, Tom Ammiano is trying to pass legislation to release illegal immigrant lawbreakers back into the community as part of his sanctuary-city beliefs that rule in San Francisco!!! What are our local legislators doing to stop this INSANE assault on our community and state by putting these criminals back on the street???

I absolutely agree Harry. Somehow people don't see the difference between immigration and ILLEGAL immigration. How did we get to a place where such idiocy is so prevalent in our community?
