South City Child Molestation Perpetrator Admits Involvement to Police
The perpetrator of child molestation and statutory rape is now being held without bail.
According to the South San Francisco Police Department, between August 20 and 23, SSF police conducted an investigation into a child sex abuse case.
During the investigation, police learned that a girl under the age of 10 has been the victim of sexual molestation on 50 occasions in the last 14 months.
The investigation also revealed that the victim's 17-year-old sister has also been a victim of statutory rape by the same perpetrator, Jose Maria Perez.

Perez admitted his involvement in the sex abuse during interviews with investigators. He has been booked into San Mateo County Jail and is being held without bail. Perez also has a pending immigration hearing. He is a South San Francisco resident.
