Blotter: Man Urinates from Balcony Into Neighbor's Yard

The following information was supplied by the South San Francisco Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, May 13

12:38pm  Employees at Vagabond Inn on Mitchell Avenue called police after a female guest refused to check out of a room. When employees said they were calling the police, the guest reportedly threatened to set fire to the room.

10:15pm  Officers made an arrest at Pak N Save on Gellert Boulevard after receiving a report that a customer attempted to steal $122 worth of merchandise.

11:11pm  Police received a call that an apartment on C Street had been burglarized sometime during the evening.

Monday, May 14

4:51am  Officers received a report of a possible arson case on Waverly Court, where a van parked on the street was on fire.

7:15pm  A resident on Miller Avenue called police to complain about her neighbor who reportedly continually urinates from his balcony over the fence and into her yard. The caller reported that the man throws debris into her yard as well.

Tuesday, May 15

12:40pm  A red 1998 Honda Civic was reportedly stolen from Maple Avenue.

6:29pm  Police received notice from the CHP that there were razor blades in the roadway at Airport Boulevard and Armour Avenue, causing tire damage.

7:50pm  Officers sent a unit to Jackson Arms on Utah Avenue, where four customers were reportedly being verbally belligerent and were refusing to leave. The reporting caller said that he smelled marijuana on them.
