Blotter: 10-Year Old Handcuffs Himself to Home

The following information was supplied by the South San Francisco Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, June 7

6:43pm  Police received a report that subjects were throwing rocks at cars near Arco on Westborough Boulevard.

10:20pm  Officers attempted to contact the registered owner of a 2008 Chevy that crashed into a house on Grand Avenue. It was unclear whether or not the vehicle had been stolen.

Friday, June 8

12:44pm  Police were called to South San Francisco High School, where 19 windows had reportedly been tampered with.

10:59pm  Officers and medics assisted the rider of a downed motorcycle on Skyline Boulevard near Westborough.

Saturday, June 9

1:50am  Police received a report from Claremont Avenue that two males in their late teens or early 20’s pounded on the caller’s car and attempted to open the door as she was leaving.

10:08am  A report came in from Pine Avenue, where a resident’s 10-year old nephew handcuffed himself to the home’s garage door. The caller did not have a key for the cuffs.

5:15pm  On South Spruce Avenue near South Canal Street, a female transient reportedly threw a bottle at and damaged a passing vehicle.

We help by asking teachers if they need anything. They'll drop hints and we'll go and purchase theRead More products. Most, if not all, parents are willing to help their children's classes if they are able to. It's really unfair for the teachers to purchase supplies out of their own pockets.
