At Least 1 Dead in Foster City Crash

The crash occurred around 9:45 p.m. on eastbound state Highway 92 at the eastbound Foster City Boulevard exit ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.

At least one person died in a Sunday night crash on the state Route 92 in Foster City, the CHP reported.

The crash at the Foster City Boulevard exit ramp was reported at 9:43 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.

Callers reported one vehicle crashing into a retaining wall and another vehicle leaving the scene.

The Foster City Boulevard exit ramp and two far right lanes were shut down, the CHP reported, and a SigAlert was issued.

A light pole and electrical box were damaged and crews were called to shut the power, the CHP reported.
