Improv provides powerful guidelines for people to enjoy and embrace life as well as an ability to connect with others in a fun and creative way. There is a strong correlation of these guidelines found in the teachings of psychology.
"Life and Relationships Through the Filter of Improv and Psychology" is a talk about the benefit of implementing improv guideline in everyday life and relationships. Utilizing the guidelines of "Yes, and", "Make your partner look good", and "Being spontaneous" to experience life in a whole new way.
Michael brings a unique perspective with his Masters in Clinical Psychology and his eight years of experience with improv. He currently works as a teacher at the Leela improv theatre company and provides coaching for men to help them build deep and meaningful relationships. This talk is for men and women who are interested in trying a new perspective on how to live a life full of fun and connection.
