Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please email us at least one week prior to the event to cancel attendance or replace an attendee. Please note the following policies:

If you cancel by June 1st, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel between June 2-7, you will receive a 20% refund.

A colleague from the same company may replace your reservation for the event if you inform us by June 6th at 5pm. No ticket changes may be made after this time.
