The SSF Cultural Arts Commission, in partnership with the Unified School District is pleased to announce its 2011 YOUTH ART SHOW to be held at the SSF Municipal Services Building at 33 Arroyo Drive, in South San Francisco.

Hundreds of exhibits will be on display showcasing the extraordinary artistry of SSF Unified School District students. Visitors will be treated to art works in painting, pencil and ink, ceramics, watercolors, photography, sculpture and mixed media created by students from kindergarten through twelfth grade.

There will be performing arts presentations by various youth groups including Ballet Folklorico of SSF, Halau 'O Keikiali'i from the Kaululehua Hawaiian Cultural Center, the SSF Civic Ballet, and the SSF Recreation Hula & Tahitian classes. Kids of all ages are encouraged to explore their inner artist at the always popular Saturday craft table.

The show will take place on Friday, April 15 from 4:00-7:30 p.m. and on Saturday, April 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event is open to the public and admission is free.
