The Art Of Living Course

It is our pleasure to invite you to a special Art of Living course to start your new year fresh from Jan 4th-7th. Please feel free to share the invitation to your friends & family members. If you wish, you can  repeat the course and refresh your practise along with them.

A perfect vacation for yourself to  relax, rejuvenate, recharge and free your mind's constant race with all  the worries, anxiety, health issues etc. Did you know that the quality  of our life is very much based on the quality of the state of our mind  ? Practise of few simple effective tools can make a world of difference !

The Art of Living course offers an opportunity to learn the "Sudarshan Kriya", a powerful  breathing technique that not only helps stress management, but also  enhances the overall quality of life. In addition, the course features yoga, guided meditation and take home practices.
