Want to sell your home in South San Francisco? Watch out! The city is trying to enact a law that will let them stop the sale of your home. If you ask the Fire Department, they will claim an inspection is required before a change of
ownership takes place. Problem is, that’s not true. Come hear what the city is proposing to do to your property rights.
