In this hands-on class, create flavorful healthy dishes, using fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, good carbs and lean meats. Learn how to make small changes to your favorite dishes by using more whole foods to make them healthier meals.
Menu: Creamy Pumpkin and Coconut Soup, Fennel-rubbed Pork Tenderloin and Roasted Apples, Crunchy Rainbow Slaw. A $20 supply fee is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.
