Thanksgiving is Chef Terri’s most favorite holiday of the year! In this hands-on 2-session class, we’ll make all of her favorite side dishes with a light and healthy twist, of course! Enjoying light and healthy sides on Thanksgiving enables us to indulge in an extra slice of pie! Menu: Week 1 – Cornbread and Dried Apple Stuffing, Sautéed Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Maple-glazed Yams. Week 2 – Cranberry-Apple Compote, Pomegranate and Orange Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette, Roasted Pumpkin Soup. A $25 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the beginning of the first class.
