In this hands-on class, create flavorful healthy dishes,
using fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, good carbs and plant-based proteins.
Learn how to make small changes to your favorite dishes by using more whole
foods to make them healthier meals. Menu: Vegetarian Chili, Pasta e Fagioli (pasta with beans),
Spanish Tortilla (a spicy egg
frittata with sliced potatoes and onions). A $15 supply fee is payable to the
