using fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, good carbs and lean meats. Learn how to
make small changes to your favorite dishes by using more whole foods to make
them healthier meals. Menu: Curried Coconut and Pumpkin Soup, Snap Pea and Carrot
Salad with Ginger-sesame Dressing, Stir-fried Turkey and Vegetables with Fresh
Black Bean Sauce in Lettuce Cups. A $15 supply fee is payable to the instructor
