Being able to embody trust and credibility is essential for women leaders to gain support, visibility and buy-in for their work.  To reach your goals and do great work as a woman in business, you need to personify someone who is completely trustworthy and credible.

Join us for this engaging, interactive workshop where you will learn how to develop your trust and credibility as a woman who leads projects, individuals, teams or an organization.  You will gain a robust set of tools and practices to help you fully embody trust and credibility so that you can promote your ideas, receive support for your work, and make progress toward what matters most to you.

During this workshop, you will:

• Explore new definitions of trust and credibility that will support you and your goals
• Identify the most common challenges women leaders face in building credibility and how best to address each of them to avoid frustration and lack of support
• Determine how to establish credibility in the first five minutes of any conversation or meeting
• Learn and apply new approaches to dealing with resistance to your ideas or projects
• Identify effective language and structures required to successfully promote yourself and your work
• Develop an Action Plan to implement your learnings after the workshop

This experiential workshop is designed for women leaders with all levels of experience – from women who lead their own projects to women who lead teams and organizations.  You will leave the workshop feeling energized, inspired and ready to create new results in your work!  Embodying trust and credibility is something women need to develop and establish at every stage of their leadership journey!

The workshop includes a healthy lunch, afternoon yoga, workshop materials, and a stunning view of Mt. Tamalpais in beautiful Marin County.
