Richard Orr has been named Vice President of Public Relations for Marcademy, Inc. (http://Marcademy.com/), one of the country’s fastest growing educational institutions. Orr’s professional background spans corporate marketing departments, advertising agencies and non-profits including Ashworth College, where managing the school’s military marketing efforts was a part of his responsibilities. Over the years he has also worked for James Madison High School, Fund for Theological Education, Missouri Military Academy, the Indiana High School Athletic Association, and Grey Advertising. Currently, he is also a member of AT&T‘s Home Solutions advertising team.

Education has always been a major part of Orr’s life. He graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and pursued his MBA at Oglethorpe University. He has maintained his college ties by serving on the steering committee for both Butler University Alumni Club of Atlanta and Phi Delta Theta Alumni Club of Atlanta. He also volunteers with Phi Delta Theta undergraduate chapters and alumni clubs across Georgia and South Carolina.
