Marcademy Names New Chief Creative Officer to Internet Marketing School’s Executive Team

Benjamin Parks has joined Internet marketing school Marcademy (http://Marcademy.com/) as its new chief creative officer. Marcademy is the country’s fastest growing career training school where up-and-coming marketers, Internet marketers and growth hackers learn Internet marketing first hand from world-class professionals.

In addition to his roles with Marcademy, Parks also leads interactive creative development for the Kansas City offices of BKV, a leading marketing agency. Prior, he was a web designer and developer for Barkely and senior creative, digital and social director for Jennings Social Media Marketing.

"Ben is a tremendous asset to the Marcademy executive team," said Tim O’Connor, Marcademy’s chief executive officer. "He brings a fresh, forward-thinking prospective that I know our students will appreciate and go a long way toward our promise to deliver an education outcome like no other – a clear path to a job.”

A graduate of the Kansas City Art Institute and Centriq, Parks specializes in web design and front-end implementation. He also has a background in web development and is Microsoft MCTS certified.

“What we’re offering is a different and exciting way to learn Internet marketing,” Parks said. “Internet marketing is constantly changing, so getting the chance to learn from those who are the industry’s trail blazers is an opportunity I wish I had had.”
