Centennial Towers Signs Second Tenant

The office building, which has been vacant since 2009, has now signed two tenants since April.

ICIX, a San Mateo technology company, has become the second tenant to sign a lease for office space in Centennial Towers, the San Francisco Business Times reports.

The eye-catching office building perched off Highway 101 at the base of San Bruno Mountain has now leased 120,000 of its 325,000 square feet of available space, according to the Business Times.

ICIX will join software company SuccessFactors, , in the space.
