Saturday, September 29, 2012 - The So San Francisco Fire Deptment invites you to its Annual Open House and Carnival at Fire Station 61- 480 North Canal St. 

This event kicks off October as Fire Prevention Month when SSF Fire Dept. will go to EVERY elementary school in South San Francisco teaching fire safety to the children of South San Francisco.

Join us at Fire Station 61 for our Open House and a fun filled day!  Pancake breakfast ($3), hot dog lunch ($3)!  Meet your firefighters! Tour the fire house to see where they live!  Special hands-on safety demonstrations for the whole family!  Meet Gypsy the Seach and Rescue Dog! Learn to put out a fire and to exit a smoking house!  Win prizes!  Carnival rides and games! 

Bring the whole family!  There is something for everyone!
