Mental Health Mobile Rolls In to San Francisco for Mental Health Awareness Month

WHAT: Here comes the “Mental Health Mobile” bringing a boost of mental wellness right to San Francisco. Talk one-on-one with a Marriage and Family Therapist about how therapy can help.

  • Quick tips for finding balance in life
  • Ways to de-stress in just 10 minutes (yes, it can be done!)
  • How to find out if therapy is covered through health insurance

The Mental Health Mobile is a first-of-its-kind opportunity to learn about therapy in a casual environment.   Plus you won’t leave empty-handed, the event will also include free giveaways*.

WHY: Would you believe that more than one in four Californians recently surveyed reported that they could benefit from therapy?  Even more concerning is that more than one in four Californians surveyed believe they have experienced hopelessness or depression.
