There's a New Patch App on the Way!

We're making our app even better -- look for it in the app store coming soon.

We’ve redesigned Patch and the Patch app. The news looks better and it’s easier to comment on. And now, you’ll find more local voices to keep you in the loop with the latest know-how and opinion.

Introducing Boards. A simpler way to connect & speak up.

With Boards, connecting with neighbors is super-simple. Keep each other informed with announcements, talk about big issues, or even find a lost cat – all in just a few clicks.

Our current app is a great way to get news about South San Francisco but our new and improved version also will allow you to post events, start a blog, share photos and videos and connect with other people in the community.

The new Patch app will launch soon, so in the meantime you won’t be able to access the old version. However, you can still get important community updates on our desktop site and your mobile phone. Just simply type the url southsanfrancisco.patch.com in the address bar on your computer or your mobile web browser to get all the local news and information you need.
