2.7 Magnitude Quake Strikes Off Coast of Daly City

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.7 was reported this afternoon off the coast of Daly City, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The temblor was reported at 12:26 p.m. with its epicenter about 7 miles west-northwest of Daly City, according to the USGS.
The quake had a depth of about 4.5 miles.
