Pacifica Resident Hired as Director of Marketing and Sales for CDC Small Business Finance

Sunni Raney, a 13-year marketing veteran and Pacifica resident, has joined CDC Small Business Finance as director of marketing and sales support.

Raney will deploy her expertise in marketing CDC’s national leadership in helping small businesses purchase commercial real estate via SBA-504 program financing.

Raney worked 11 years for a certified development company in the Bay Area, also providing marketing expertise to promote SBA financing.  Before that, she worked for Cabot Cabot & Forbes, a real estate development firm in Boston.

CDC leads the nation in providing SBA-504 loans – fixed-rate financing that enables small businesses to expand and create new jobs.

SBA-504 loans only require a 10 percent down-payment by the small business owner.  The current SBA-504 rate for a 20-year loan is under 5%.
