ALLY Electric and Solar Partners With AeroVironment To Offer Electrical Vehicle Charging Installations Through The Cal Electric Residential EVSE Home Charger Program
Electrical Vehicle (EV) owners may qualify for a free EV charger installation through the AeroVironment (AV) Cal Electric Residential EVSE Charger Program (CEC ) with customized turnkey solutions by ALLY Electric and Solar, an AV-approved installer with full service electrical experience.

RICHMOND, Calif., November 5, 2013 - Ally Electric and Solar announces it’s partnership with AeroVironment, to install EV charger stations for Nissan® LEAF, BMW ActiveE, Mitsubishi i-MiEV, and other exciting EV models. As an AV-approved full service electrical provider, ALLY Electric and Solar services include: EV charging station hardware, full installation, permitting services, on-site electrical consultations, and 24 x 7 customer care.
ALLY Electric and Solar Inc. provides the following customized turnkey solutions: Evaluation of EV charging station location, assessment of building energy load, and PG&E electric vehicle service availability. ALLY Electric and Solar Inc. will provide a comprehensive quote for EV charging station installation and permitting, and work directly with city planning to pull the necessary permits.

Once the EV owner is approved for the CEC EV program, ALLY Electric and Solar Inc. will manage full installation and inspection services, including documentation, inspection approval, demonstration of the EV charger operation and guidance through warranty and service process.
As a full service electrical provider, ALLY Electric and Solar can provide trenches, conduits, and electrical upgrades during the EV charging station installation. ALLY Electric and Solar will also provide post-installation support, training, warranty services, and extended maintenance plans.
About the AeroVironment Cal Electric Residential EVSE Charger Program (CEC)
In the CEC program, AeroVironment is awarding complimentary charger EV charging stations to qualified applicants. Permits are required for all Cal Electric Residential EVSE Charger Program installations. Fees and permit requirements vary by city, county and state. Permit fees and installation costs are charged separately, and the EV owner will pay the permit cost directly to ALLY Electric and Solar.
